Air Conditioning Tune-ups
All air conditioning tune-ups include:
- Clean condenser coils to increase energy efficiency
- Check all electrical components for signs of wear and loose connections
- Measure refrigerant levels (refrigerant available at an additional cost)
- Check blower motor and operation
- Check filter (filters not included in price)
- Also includes inspection of all air conditioning accessories attaches to your furnace such-as dehumidifier, electronic air cleaner, UV air purifier

Boiler Tune-ups
All boiler tune-ups include:
- Thoroughly clean burners and ignition components to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs
- Clean interior cabinet
- Drain expansion tank if applicable
- Test and lubricate pumps for a longer lifespan
- Test auto feed and relief valve for safety
- Check operations and gauges
- Set boiler to appropriate temperature per application

Water Heater Tune-Up
Water heater tune-ups includes:
- Visually inspect for leaks, corrosion, rust and obstruction
- Check heating element (Electric water heaters)
